A celestial dance of the southern skies over the ever changing and powerful seas at the pinnacle rocks on Phillip Island’s Cape Woolamai.

This image came with it’s challenges. The rising tide was temperamental and unforgiving. The sky while deep and blue, had to maintain it’s presence over the course of the evening while I took enough images to create the star trails. And then of course the blending of the images in post production.

However, it’s usually these challenges that can often be the catalyst for achieving the finest results.
